  5. Stay indoors don’t go out for no reason try to be inside or if you go outside try to walk in shade or use an umbrella these two tips will protect you from harsh sun rays.
  6. Avoid outside food.

  8. Stay hydrated.
  9. Drink Green tea, rather than drinking normal tea.
  10. Fruitful Breakfast.

6.     Jaundice

This is also a common water-borne disease. It can cause Hepatitis A and is mainly caused due to the consumption of contaminated food and water. If its not treated on time, this can affect our liver leading to overproduction of bile.
